		<description><![CDATA[When I&#039;m out in public and want to meet a dog, I ask the owner if I can meet their dog, not pet the dog. I think it shows respect for the dog as not just an object. I also ask if they are friendly towards other dogs when I have my dog around since he&#039;s smaller than many I come across. He&#039;s more afraid of the little yappers than then big ones.]]></description>
